The Q-RTS® Real Time Roll Tracking connection to the Wrap-Line gives the operator a simple, easy to use interface that will automatically boost your productivity with optimized, operator friendly Wrap-Line control. The Q-RTS can be installed as a simple manual Wrap-Line Roll Management System or can interface with PLC's and OEM's to provide an automatic Roll Management System.

With this Specification Driven System, front to back quality assurance makes certain that each roll delivered to your customer meets their particular requirements.

Q-RTS® and the PTMS ® business systems are integrated into the BLACKBIRD PTMS suite to ensure efficient roll tracking, order management, production accounting, inventory tracking, shipment management, and financial sales availability.

Business System - PTMS

With efficient order management, production accounting, inventory tracking, shipment management, and financial sales information, BLACKBIRD PTMS provides a complete business solution to any roll based production system. Q-RTS and PTMS will ensure that every product shipped meets the specifications of the product, the customer and the order; this is the last step of the front to back quality assurance.

Q-RTS Details

All Q-RTS® real-time Roll Tracking workstations will operate from a single configurable user interface. Order information and the tally of actual production against the selected order will be displayed on all workstations. Production and order information for any workstation may be viewed from any other workstation in a view-only mode. 

Work orders and trims, generated from customer orders, either entered or imported are stored in the Q-RTS database.

Product specifications will be maintained in the PTMS system. In addition to the normal physical and quality specifications, each roll specification will include a default trim pattern, and labeling, wrapping and documentation requirements.
